This privacy policy applies to the AICL Payment mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by AICL (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended to facilitate payment link generation for doctors and is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects specific information to verify your identity and facilitate payment link generation. We limit data collection to the minimum required for functionality.

User Provided Information

When you register and use the Application, we collect the following personal information:

• Phone Number: Used as your primary Login ID and for OTP verification.
• User Name: To identify you in the system and on payment receipts.
• City Name: To categorize services and provide relevant regional support.

Automatically Collected Information

For security and fraud prevention purposes, the Application may collect:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• Device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Time and date of usage.

2. Payment & Third-Party Gateways

AICL Payment does not process payments directly, nor do we store credit card numbers, banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

The Application's primary function is to generate and share payment links. All financial transactions are processed securely through the following third-party payment gateways:

When you or a payer clicks a payment link generated by AICL Payment, data (such as transaction amount and reference ID) is shared with these providers to complete the transaction. We adhere to their security standards.

3. How We Use Your Information

The Service Provider uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• To verify your identity via OTP (Phone Number).
• To generate payment links associated with your profile.
• To provide transaction history and status updates.
• To prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform.
• To contact you regarding critical app updates or service issues.

4. Data Retention

We retain your User Provided data (Name, Phone, City) for as long as you maintain an active account with AICL Payment. Transaction logs (generated links and status) are retained as required by financial regulations and audit logs.

5. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement:

• Secure Login: Access is restricted via OTP verification sent to your registered phone number.
• Encryption: Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for use by professionals (Doctors/Admins) and does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Since your account is tied to financial transaction history, some data may be retained for legal compliance.
